In the past thirty years many people have become victims of hypertension.

The blame cannot be put on genes for the rise in hypertension cases. That is Because our genes have hardly changed.

Another factor that has contributed to hypertension recently is the change in diet. But the change in diet is not the only cause for hyepertension.

Even 100 years earlier several people were eating this kind of fat diet. But the number of people with hypertension is much less.

Is it not what our doctors and the people of medical community say? Then why a sudden surge in the hypertension?

It is sure that the change in diet and the genes play a major part in surge of hypertension these days. But there is also a very different reason for the increase of hypertension people in the last 30 years. Many people are unaware of these reasons.

The modern life is full of stress. We live a stresfull life presently. And people are not aware of the effect this stress can bring to our body. Enormous stress will lead to hypertension.

As far as scary words in the English language go, “cancer” is near the top of the list. The good news is that we don’t have to wait around simply hoping that cancer doesn’t affect us and our loved ones. According to scientists in the UK, effective cancer prevention starts with the food on your plate.

There are two main types of Leukemia, the Acute and the Chronic. When the immature blood gets weight age in the body and it is increased more than the mature blood, it gets converted into Leukemia. In this type an immediate treatment is must as if the blood gets circulated in majority of the parts of body, it becomes difficult to handle the situation and that results into the blocking of bone marrow to produce healthy blood cells. So, the curing should be deadly faster. Also the lymphocytes Leukemia and myelogenous Leukemia are also the other types of this disease.

Many people are familiar with cancers such as MDS and leukemia but few understand what causes these illness or how they are treated. It is important to understand the myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) before asking further questions on the subject.

Composed of a number of hematological conditions, MDS result when the body is lacking in a certain number of red and white blood cells. Issues with the bone marrow stem cell cause an abnormal blood cell production in the bloodstream which often leads to MDS. This form of cancer has been known as pre-leukemia and can develop into leukemia or cancer of the blood.

The Causes of MDS

A patient suffering from MDS experiences abnormal production and reproduction of blood cells. Simply put, this means that the blood reveals itself by producing adverse defects in its blood-forming cells. If this problem with the blood cells persists over time, more often it worsens, resulting in the gradual deterioration of the bone marrow.

Genetic factor are involved, specifically in children with MDS, in the development of the disease. Environmental factors are also involved in causing otherwise healthy cells to develop abnormalities.

Cancer in any form is a deadly disease. But when it affects the most vital components of the body then their fatality increases manifold. One such type of cancer is cancer of the blood, technically known as leukemia. Blood is the most important tissue of the body. It is the connective tissue which carries and supplies oxygen and other vital elements to the remotest parts of the body. The importance of blood can be understood by the fact that it is the most important of all the connective tissues which provide the nutrients and other vital elements to the body.

The most dangerous feature of leukemia is that it is related to the blood which has access to almost all body organs including the all important brain and heart. The incidence of cancerous cells being carried to the different parts of the body increases drastically due to this fact. Another striking aspect of the blood cancer is that it affects the leukocytes or the “white blood corpuscles” of the blood. These are the ones that protect the body from external infections. Thus the immunity of the body is seen to decrease drastically due to leukemia. The main effect of the disease is that the body starts producing infected and abnormal cells that hinder the function of blood i.e. carrying of oxygen.
